The companies Smarter and Demark, along with the KFW Development Bank, which has been operating in Georgia since 1993 with the support of the German federal government, have successfully completed the project for an international multi-disciplinary vocational training center in Tbilisi.
Smarter’s engineering and design department collaborated with the German team to develop the engineering plans for the building, aligning with European normative standards. The project encompassed the following aspects:
Electrical and lighting design
Addressable fire detection and alarm system
Access control system
IT network infrastructure
Video surveillance system
Solar power generation system
Building Management System (BMS)
The construction of this cutting-edge, energy-efficient, and automated Center of Excellence will commence shortly.
